The Purchasing Department is responsible for the purchase of all materials, supplies, services, construction and equipment for all City departments and is responsible for the centralized control and disposal of excess, obsolete and salvageable materials and equipment.

Bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope Attention: Jacque Huley, Procurement Coordinator, with the BID # Your Company Name, mailing Address, and a Contact Name and Number included.
